OBJECTIVES

	To identify and motivate young women to adopt women's issues as their path of service to society.
	To provide opportunities for young women to participate more effectively in the activities of NCWO and its affiliated organizations.
	To develop the concept of partnership between young men and women through programs promoting gender equality.

Activities:

	Raising awareness about their role and responsibilities through talks, dialogues and small group meetings.
	To carry out various programmes to promote gender equality between young men and women
	To carry out a survey to identify youth related programmes that are being organised by various organisations affiliated to NCWO
	To carry out skills training programme to equip young people with better leadership skills
	Outdoor activities to attract more young people to participate in these programmes.
